Project inquiries
Submitting a form does not create a contract. Work begins only after scope, price, timeline, and terms are agreed in writing.
No guaranteed results
AFAQX Digital does not guarantee revenue, leads, rankings, or specific business outcomes unless a separate written agreement explicitly says otherwise.
Intellectual property
Ownership of project deliverables should be defined in the project agreement. AFAQX retains rights to its pre-existing tools, workflows, and reusable know-how unless otherwise agreed.
